Purchased my Boosted Plus Skateboard today. Brian was more than helpful and hospitable. Thanks! Came back to purchase the Evolve Carbon GT and of course Brian was once again most excellent. Even letting me borrow his shoes for the test ride, Brian goes above and beyond expectations. Spent a good ten minutes answering my questions on my phone and gave me as much time as I wanted to demo the board. He then followed up and checked-in with me making sure everything is working right. Thanks for being "good people" Brian.

Best customer service imaginable. Dylan, Jake, and Lexy are super knowledgeable and always go the extra mile. They’ve helped me with everything from picking gear to Duotone warranties. Cannot recommend CaliKites highly enough.

These guys are awesome. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and they really want you to end up with the right gear. Brian (owner) and everyone else in the shop (Jay, Olivia are the ones I've met) have always been great to chat with there too. Good selection of harnesses from this year and last (great selection of Ion gear especially, and close connections at Ion, which helps with any gear-related issues down the line). The board selections are nice but pricey. Solid other gear selection as well (impact vests, tops, etc.). Thanks guys!

Great place to try out a quality e-skateboard if you're on the fence about buying. Jay was friendly and very helpful. Would buy from here again.

Great experience with Jay at Calikites. I was looking for an evolve board, as the boards are sold out on the manufacturers site. He was able to get a shipment out to me out here on the east coast, scheduled to arrive before Christmas. Because they are not the manufacturer, the shipping process for this board was on a case-by-case basis, but I was able to get my order completely finished in about an hour. I am impressed solely on this fact because there are retailers that are on the eastern coast who refuse to ship the boards. He was also very knowledge about the board, and the whole transaction process was very smooth. Their 5 star review is no lie. Their customer service is absolutely terrific, and I hope to order my evolve accessories from them. A++
