You're buying a used kite, not a brand-new one fresh from the factory. When your kite arrives, please pump it up, give it a thorough once-over, and let it sit inflated for an afternoon to make sure it holds air. Think of it as a little quality time with your new-to-you kite.
If you find an issue, don't panic. Reach out and we'll work with you to make it right. For example, if there's a leaky bladder, we'll send you a replacement bladder, but you'll be responsible for installing it. A little DIY comes with the territory when buying used gear.
If the thought of swapping a bladder makes your stomach turn, brings on cold sweats, or sends you hunting for your therapist's phone number, used kites might not be your thing.
