Harnesses
Your harness is the single piece of gear you feel on every session, and fit matters more than brand. We carry waist and seat harnesses from Mystic, ION and Ride Engine, including hard-shell, hybrid and soft constructions.
Waist harnesses are the default for most kiteboarders and give you freedom of movement for jumping and unhooked riding. Seat harnesses sit lower with leg straps, which keeps them from riding up. They suit beginners, riders with back issues, and anyone who spends long sessions on the water. Wing foilers often prefer a lower-profile waist harness with a soft spreader setup.
Sizing runs differently between brands, so if you are between sizes it is worth trying both. We fit harnesses in the shop.
